How to access ClubRight — your member portal

ClubRight is where you manage your membership, book classes, and view your profile.

  1. Go to your member portal using the button below.
  2. Log in with the email address you used to sign up (or set a password if this is your first visit).
  3. From your dashboard you can book classes, view/update your profile, and manage your membership.

Club Rules & Expectations

  • Scan your VF membership card or ClubRight QR code on every visit to register your attendance — this is required for safety, security and insurance purposes.
  • Your access card and ClubRight app are for your personal use only and cannot be shared with anyone else.
  • Lost your card? A replacement can be purchased at reception with proof of identification.
  • Out-of-hours access (outside staffed hours) is strictly for members only.
  • All sites are non-smoking facilities.
  • Entry will be refused, or you may be asked to leave, if you're using abusive or threatening language or behaviour, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behave in a way considered risky or seriously inappropriate.
  • Failure to follow these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
  • Don't bring friends or family in as guests unless they're members — we track attendance and unauthorised guest use will result in membership revocation.
  • Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times — no open-toe sandals, sliders, or flip-flops on the gym floor.
